These terms govern your use of Daymark, a scheduling product operated by Lions Den LLC ("Daymark," "we," "us"), available at daymark.pro. By creating an account or booking through a Daymark booking page, you agree to these terms.
Daymark lets a person run multiple booking identities against one real calendar. It creates, updates, and cancels calendar events on accounts you connect, and sends confirmations and reminders about those appointments.
Program: Daymark Scheduling Confirmations — transactional appointment messages only.
Message frequency: varies by appointment; typically 1–4 messages per booking.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP. Help: reply HELP.
What we send. Daymark sends only transactional scheduling messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, and direct replies within a conversation you started. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages through this program.
How you opt in. You provide your mobile number when you book an appointment through a Daymark booking page, or when you add it to your account profile. Providing your mobile number in that context is your express consent to receive scheduling messages about that appointment. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How you opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to that number. Opting out does not cancel your appointment — confirmations and reminders will continue by email. To resume texts, reply START.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email kyle@lionsdenai.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and device conditions outside our control.
Privacy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Where a paid plan applies, fees and billing terms are presented before purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid accounts.
You may stop using Daymark and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that are used to send unsolicited messages.
Daymark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lions Den LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed appointments arising from message delivery failures, calendar provider outages, or user error.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
